After registration of domain, you will need a hosting space. The reason behind this is that for every web page you create, these web pages will take some memory in the form of Kb, Mb etc. So you will need to allot a space for these web pages otherwise your website will not get online. After registration of domain and sign up of web hosting, you can start designing your website and later start publishing content.
